New VirArt Prize 2017

"Continuous Innovation" Open Call

To celebrate the recent restyling of our website, our new Android App, downloadable for free at the bottom of our website (windows app coming soon!), the Site of the Day Award obtained on Best CSS Award, the Nomination for our App, coinciding with the arrival of Spring, we are pleased to invite you to participate to the New Prize: "Continuous Innovation" Open Call.

Participation is open to each type of artworks: Paintings, Photographs and Digital Graphics artworks. Free theme.

1. PRIZE: COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION with 14 ARTWORKS selected among all the Artworks received* on OUR WEBSITE and PUBLICATION in the VIRARTGALLERY ARTISTS CATALOGUE 2017.
*N.B. WE RESERVE THE INDISPUTABLE RIGHT OF CHOICE OF THE WINNERS.

SPECIAL INVITATIONS** for:
- Rudolf Lichtenegger and Simona Peres, whose first 3 artworks submitted to the competition will be accepted for free.

- Irena Anna Sowinska, Mauro Maffina, Suzan Hijab and Veronika Tumova, whose first 2 artworks submitted to the competition will be accepted for free.

- Alessandra Lugli, Berit Bredahl Nielsen, Federica Bartoli, Frank Moore, Graziano Ferrari, HaKyeong Kang, Lynne Blundell, Mirri Maine, Nicci Ph, Nuria Serrano, Pandici Dana, Paula Haapalahti, Pol Palli, Sofia Leitão and Walter Schoenenbroecher, whose first artwork submitted to the competition will be accepted for free.

All of them are free to submit other works, according to the prices specified in Paragraph 2 (ENTRY FEE)

**All this Artists have been chosen among all the participants to the past editions of the VirArtallery'S PRIZES and EXHIBITIONS.

2. ENTRY FEE (Price for artists outside the guest list or for additional works of the invited artists):

2 Artworks: € 8
3 Artworks: € 10

3. TO PARTICIPATE:

Send your artwork images (png, jpg or gif format, min height 500px / min width 500px) to info@virartgallery.com with subject “FREE Participation to Continuous Innovation Open Call" .

ALL OTHER SUBMISSION: (All other artists or additionals works of invited artists)

You will be automatically redirected to the page of fee payment. Paid the fee, with paypal account or credit card, will open the form to send your work to be admitted to the competition.

About VirArtGallery

VirArtGallery is a virtual space to give global visibility to artists of all backgrounds and nationalities.

Do you want to Expose?

For each Virtual Exhibition the fee is € 3 for each artwork* published, for a minimum of 14 images (Total € 42) and a maximum of 42 images (Total 126 €).
*sculpture exhibition (Click here to see a demo exhibition): the artist must send images in .png format with transparent background. Otherwise it will be estimated and added to the cost of the exposure the cost of the necessary processing of these images.
*video exhibition (Click here to see a demo exhibition): the fee is € 5, for a minimum of 14 videos (Total € 70) and a maximum of 42 videos (Total 210 €). Videos Format required: mp4 and webm for each video.
NB: no percentage of sales request!
The exhibition includes:
1.the creation of your Personal Virtual Space like this (for example)
2.a personal poster (pdf and jpg) of the exhibition
3.the upload of your biography or your CV
4.the daily web promotion by VirArtGallery channels (website and socials pages).
5.the pubblication in our Annual Virtual Catalogue of Artists.

To request your exhibit send an email attaching the files (jpg or png min width 500px and min height 500px) of the artworks that you wish to expose to info@virartgallery.com specifying:
- Number of the works that you wish to expose
- Title, technique, real size and price of each of them

VirArtgallery Auction is the new section dedicated to the Art Auctions, a meeting point between artists / dealers of artworks and collectors / buyers from all over the world.

Mission

Allow artists or art sellers to set up auctions without having to bear the high percentages cost on sales imposed by the majority of the auction houses.
Allow collectors and potential buyers to bid and follow the auction in real time, sitting, comfortably, in front of their PC, tablet or smartphone, wherever they are.
No percentage commission due: VirArtGallery Auction doesn’t ask for commissions on sales but just a small sum for any artworks (€10) to cover the operating expenses of the entire procedure.
The participant in the auctions will be updated in real time on the offerings, both following the auction directly on the site and by email.
Successful bidders of the auction will be placed directly in contact with sellers, with whom agree on payment methods and shipping of the work purchased.

Use of Images

For all images submitted and approved for exposure by VirArtGallery, the artist recognizes the right to publish the same on its platform, and to promote through the media and the channels that VirArtgallery deems appropriate. The artist will always respond directly and personally about the property, quality, provenance and authenticity of the images posted on his behalf by raising VirArtGallery from all liability.

Sale

The artist will be contacted directly by potential buyers through a contact form linked directly to the e-mail address provided. Virartgallery not play any role as intermediary. In the event of sale or contracts of any nature will be solely responsible the artist and the other contracting

Costs and Duration

The cost and duration of each exposure shall be established by a private agreement between the artist and VirArtGallery.
Exhibition Price:
- Paintings, Photography and Graphic Artworks: € 3,00 for each one **
- Sculptur Artworks*: € 3,00 for each one **
- Video Artworks: € 5,00 for each one **
* the artist must send images in .png format with transparent background. Any cost of processing and optimization of the images will be charged to the artist.
** a minimum of 14 images/videos (Total € 42) and a maximum of 42 images/videos (Total 126 €).
